Hi! I’m a girl who lives for fitness and loves breathing in fresh air. I spend my days at the gym doing strength training, or in the park with friends, enjoying their company. My favorite park overlooks a pond where ducks swim. I love feeding them. My favorite exercises are squats and lunges. They say they work wonders. I’m also obsessed with coffee with cinnamon after a workout. It’s my little secret to recovery.
